Meet The DRAI Team

One of the pillars of the Four Winds & Associates lead DRAI Initiative, is the hiring, training development in the Green Energy industry of Indigenous Students and Employees

Green Buffalo is proud to introduce the DRAI team, through the initiative multiple First Nation and Metis employees have been hired. This is part of the initiatives mandate to help facilitate a green energy economy utilizing Indigenous peoples to help create a sustainable Green Energy ecosystem in Alberta.

Each member of the team is eager, passionate, and excited about Engineering and the Green message that DRAI embodies, guided by our partners at Simplify Energy

Meet Seth

My name is Seth and I am a summer student working on the DRAI project with Green Buffalo. As a member of the Metis nation of Alberta, I'm proud to be involved in an initiative that helps support Aboriginal people in Alberta. As a new engineering student, I'm thrilled to be involved in a green energy project at the start of my career. I'm very excited about this opportunity to gain valuable experience from co-workers and partners, as well as being able to serve my community and do what I can to make a difference.

Meet Chris

I come from York Factory First Nation in Treaty 5 territory in Manitoba close to the south west coast of the Hudson Bay. I have a deep interest in the analysis of energy use in buildings and developing methods to maximize the efficiency of energy use. I find it emotionally gratifying to help fellow Aboriginal communities save money and have more comfortable spaces. I am extremely grateful to be part of an amazing team of caring and knowledgeable people with heart who do not put profit first.
